May 13, 1937: Roger Zelazny

On this day in 1937, writer Roger Zelazny was born in Euclid, Ohio. He won the Nebula Award three times and Hugo Award six times. He’s best known for The Chronicles of Amber books. He died in 1995 of kidney failure resulting from colorectal cancer.
