
On this day in 1979, actor and filmmaker Jordan Peele was born in New York City. He first came to fame in 2003 as a cast member on the Mad TV sketch series. From 2012-2015, he collaborated with Keegan-Michael Key on Key & Peele. But he catapulted to renown as a director with the release of the horror movies Get Out and Us, which he also wrote. Peele also hosts and produces the Twilight Zone revival series on CBS All-Access.
